AapnaCart Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. support covers orders, returns, seller onboarding, and account access. We respond to transactional requests during Indian business hours.
Customers
Email support@aapnacart.com with your order number. Signed-in shoppers can also open a ticket from Support tickets or My Orders.
Sellers
Use Seller Hub for catalog, orders, and payout questions. KYC and bank changes may freeze payouts for 24 hours while we re-verify details.
