Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Open a return from My Orders. Review windows open on delivery and close at 90 days.

What can be returned

Unused items in original packaging with tags attached, where the category allows returns. Perishable, made-to-order, or hygiene-restricted SKUs may be non-returnable and are marked on the product page.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, initiated within one business day of approval. Full-package returns refund proportional shipping. The ₹29 COD fee is not refundable.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel until the shipment is marked Ready to Ship. After dispatch, use the return flow once the order is delivered.
