Shipping Policy

AapnaCart ships across India through contracted logistics partners. Delivery estimates shown at checkout depend on the destination PIN code and seller warehouse.
Charges
- Flat ₹49 shipping when cart value is below ₹499.
- Free shipping when cart value is ₹499 or more.
- Shipping is platform-funded and is not commissioned.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹10,000 and carries a ₹29 non-refundable convenience fee. After three failed delivery attempts the shipment may return to origin.
Delays
Weather, peak festivals, and remote PIN codes can add transit time. Track live status from My Orders. Contact support@aapnacart.com if a shipment is stuck beyond the promised window.
