Terms of Use

By using AAPNACART you agree to these terms. Customers buy from independent verified sellers. AapnaCart Marketplace Pvt. Ltd. operates the marketplace, payments, and fulfilment coordination.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact details. Guest checkout requires a verified email and phone OTP. We may suspend accounts that abuse coupons, payments, or seller tools.
Orders and pricing
Displayed prices are GST-inclusive. Orders are capped at ₹5,00,000 and 50 items. Payment webhooks are authoritative; browser callbacks are confirmation only. Cash on delivery is available up to ₹10,000 with a ₹29 non-refundable convenience fee.
Sellers
Selling requires an approved KYC profile. Catalog listings are moderated before they appear on the storefront. Commission applies to seller base price, not shipping. Suspended seller balances are frozen, not forfeited.
Liability
Product authenticity, description, and fulfilment quality are the listing seller's responsibility, subject to AapnaCart returns and dispute processes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
